Woo 2010. So far it has been filled with fun, laughter, and trying to meet my expectations and resolutions. I have done well with a few, like having an exercise routine thanks to my workout buddy Raven and the convenience of Ramsey...and not so great with the ones like getting dressed for class 3-4 days a week-I have only managed that today; too bad sweatpants are not chic. Anyway, for the most part I have enjoyed becoming a better student but
MISSING MY ROOMMATE and understanding how it feels to live alone. I think if I had a cat it would make it a bit more bearable, but I suppose my beta fish Newton will have to suffice for now. Or maybe if I had a lovely
white vase filled with flowers I would feel a bit more cheerful upon returning home to our apartment. A few things to look forward to:
SPRING! I am getting so excited about spring clothes and floral prints, I love these color combinations from
Vanessa Bruno's spring collection of black, greys, hot pink, tan, and mustard yellow. It makes me want to wear my new mustard yellow skinny belt!
GOING TO D.C. THIS WEEKEND! To visit my long-lost roommate/BFF and see D.C. for the first time!!! She is interning on Capitol Hill for the semester and is going to take me all around cute D.C., I can't wait!!! And Saturday we have tickets to American Ballet Theater's Romeo and Juliet! I am so excited! We will be going for runs by famous monuments, eating cupcakes in Georgetown, and just being cute in general, living according to her new fabulous life : )

Timex watch with gold accents...perfect for everyday. It would make getting to class on time even more fun, and possibly allow sweatpants to be chic after all? Or not...wishful thinking!
